That's the issue, the transfer year will need to be shown to have also had
a medical component to it in order to get the hardship waiver, that is the only way he will get the hardship.
As I mentioned, football provides lots of medical documentation, hopefully there is enough to make the compliance review feel okay to grant the waiver.
