It’s not about being a homer vs being objective, or wearing the blue goggles vs having different viewpoints. I’m talking about his skills as a broadcaster. It’s bumbling his way through a sentence, trying to be cool or funny, when what you are saying is neither. Greg Wrubel is a complete professional. He is prepared and well spoken and thinks quickly on air. So is Dave Mcann and to a lesser degree, so is Spencer Linton and even Jarom Jordan. You may not like what they say. You may not appreciate the blue goggles. But they are skilled communicators. Brian Logan is not (IMO) and it makes him painful to listen to.
