i could tell from the body language of his crew that this day was coming.  i think the next to go is Jason Sheppard.  His radio voice is pretty good but when you watch him on camera, he's a little strange.  He comes accross as a psychophant and a hanger on whereas Brian's achilles heel was being obnoxious and sometimes a little crass.  There is talk of Micah Simon joining the crew.  That would be a great move.  His junior year personna (in 2018) projected silly and undisciplined, but Micah turned the corner.  He interviews better now and his play is off the charts.  Compared to last year, Micah is so much better.  I would definetely enjoy listening to him break down what is happening with Cougar football.  I think Spencer, Jarom and Michah would have a very positive national appeal.  Blain Fowler is another one who is on the fense with me.  His pot smoking rant was too long and not funny.  He's not terrible like Brian and Jason, but he's not great.  In other words, i don't think the larger audience identifies with him.  Jarom is easily the best they've got.  And Spencer isn't going anywhere.  As for the rest i think there is room for improvement.  the good news is that they aren't afraid to make changes and get better.  in the world of sports and entertainment, it's a neccessity.
