Vacaville/Sacramento - hard no. I have family members who work in both school
systems. I won't go into great detail here. You do not want your kids going to these schools.
The other two options will be exponentially better. I wouldn't move my family to the Vacaville/Sacramento area if someone offered to double my salary.
