He is working on his leadership skills and he knows it was a mistake from the start. He brought a guy in with no experience to run the offense. His past coaching experience was a sign not to hire sitake. Sitake has pushed away recruits. Players have said its like a vacation compared to how bronco ran his practices. We are seeing it on the field. Until another coach steps up we are stuck with Sitake.
