Whatever Sitake's resource limitations are - nothing prevents him from running
a disciplined program, coaching players up before the game, during the game, and being involved in every aspect of the game. Sitake is lax and the chickens are coming home to roost. The culture was a joke the season he blamed it all on Ty (2017). I have not seen much improvement in that regard. I'm tired of Sitake's schtick in post-game interviews, talking to the audience like we're all stupid. (No, Sitake is not going to "fix it" after "looking at the film" and he is not going to hold anyone on his staff accountable - especially Tuiaki.) Sitake is a great cheerleader. He's just not a great leader - and he honestly seems to have no idea how to effectively manage his team.
