So we have to do it with scheme
If we dont have the talent/depth than we need to make up for that in other areas. We should go out and hire a coach who is thinks outside the box and isnt afraid to shake things up. At the same time we should definitely realise the challenges BYU faces and probably lower our expectations. Sitake is well below any expectations though
