Do you mean bend, not straighten? Cybex?
I already had scar tissue in my knee from childhood surgery and then the ACL just added more scar tissue. I flew back home to Saudi after my ACL reconstruction and was on a waiting list to start rehab for a few weeks and by that time the scar tissue had set in pretty good. The pain came from trying to stretch out all that scar tissue to get the range of motion back.

Most intense pain that made me nauseous: broken collar bone. Most acute sharp pain: novocaine shot on bottom of my foot.
