Ooh, you just made me remember a novocaine shot to my toe. The horror!
Why do you need such a long needle to inject something into my toe? And how can that much fluid possibly fit in my toe?

Most intense pain that made me nauseous: broken collar bone. Most acute sharp pain: novocaine shot on bottom of my foot.
