Fantastic post. Your second paragraph is just inexcusable on BYU’s part. There

Are certain things we CAN control and should be at the top level. Those things need to be maxed out. Your second paragraph details those. We might not be able to recruit the best athletes or coaches because of the honor code but there is NO excuse for not having programs in place to maximize every last oz of talent from every player.
