And if Jake hadn't missed those 3 FGs, it's very likely BYU is sitting at 4-2 instead of 2-4.
Yes, the offense should have scored more against Toledo and USF, no one is saying they don't have issues. But when a lead is blown, the majority of the blame has to go to the defense. Especially when it's against such a one dimensional, atrocious offense like the one USF fielded.

If he actually publicly called out the O, he needs to be fired. Public dissent like that in the ranks is a cancer.

He should have called out the special teams too, with the missed FG, fumbled punt snap and atrocious kick coverage
