The rest... Peterson isn't ready for FBS head coaching yet.... however I'd take him as an OC in a heartbeat, which I'm pretty sure he'd come for that.

Jay Hill now has the history behind him, and success with that history, of head coaching at the college level. My worry is that BYU is a different animal to coach at and you have an Independence schedule that is also much different than regular conference play. So there is just more to deal with at BYU, than just another other coaching job.
