I tore my ACL completely, and a partial of my MCL and LCL. The exercises that
they gave me during rehab are strongly focused on strengthening your hips and hamstrings — band work for the hips, and hamstring nautilus machines. They also had me doing controlled squats (on a machine) and lots of plyometrics. Lastly, balance exercises on a bosu ball (catching balls and other objects thrown at you while balancing single legged, single legged eyes closed, eyes closed squats, etc.).
