I think it’s pretty clear the athletic department envisioned a lot of progress
with the football program when they started setting up these schedules.
Obviously that didn’t happen. Fans would be pretty angry right now if Tom had built the schedule for automatic wins because he assumed we wouldn’t be moving forward.
No one can see the future but I respect that Tom believed we would be a respectable football program in 2020. Sucks it didn’t happen.

I'm not saying coaching isn't a factor but our schedule is just too ambitious for our talent level and especially depth
