And good hiring seems to be the reason.....

They basically just hire all their old OCs that were good.....and keep humming along....what a luxury! That's another thing that's so flawed about only allowing LDS guys to head coach. We could potentially hire an awesome....non member OC....he lights it up for a few years....somebody comes after our head coach.....and we can't hire that OC to take over? That's so dumb.
