When they challenged the play they did not have any timeouts left
They awarded Boise st essentially 3 timeouts on one sequence. After 3rd down ended, after the measurement to challenge the call, again after the call was reversed. On top of that, the officials took a timeout to measure. There is no way to justify that.

I hated that about the timeout and challenge. I was screaming at the TV saying you need a TO to challenge.
