If an official measurement is gonna be taken, they would stop the clock to do so. It don’t think it normally takes 10 seconds to decide that. Boise took the timeout, then when the refs measured anyway, the clock would have been stopped. Boise got it back and used it to challenge. I think people are making this a bigger deal than it was. Maybe it saved 3-4 seconds is all and this type of stuff happens all of the time.
