Houston played 2. UCF played 2. Thats exactly what BYU would shoot for as well.
With only 3-4 OOC games, they would schedule USU , Utah and one other team. Possibly rotate USU and or Utah out with another team.

Look at all of our games that are broadcast nationally. Compare that to schools in conf where those schools are limited
