Grit for Brains I'm not crazy, you're crazy
Basketball needs to almost entirely do away with charges drawn by secondary defenders. My yearly rant. Why this is
still a thing is perplexing. To allow a secondary defender to slide laterally by a foot or so into the path of players going nearly full speed is unreasonable AND dangerous.

If the offensive player uses his off arm or body to bully the defender then yes its an offensive foul. If any secondary defender has been in his spot for a least a few seconds then fine its an offensive foul. But the way this is still called is ridiculous. Secondary defenders should be challenging the shot, no drawing lame charges because offensive players cannot defy the laws of physics.

Putting this under college basketball because this is where it's most egregious.
