Can you imagine on switches during pick and roll?

Who was the primary? Who was the secondary? Did both players switch simultaneously, or was there a moment when NEITHER was the primary defender on a particular offensive player?

It could start to get pretty ridiculous fast. I agree - it's all about establishing position.
