Can you imagine the amount of fouls the WCC would mess up with that rule?
I like that there are a lot of no calls in the situation you just described.
With a new rule as you described there would be more one on one out of control driving with a non stop parade to the free throw line.
I would prefer a rule that when a player drives into a triple team each member of the triple team gets to hack the guy once prior to a foul being called.
