Brook, the pink meat is the best tasting of any trout

I’ve ever caught. Though I’ve only ever caught rainbow, cutts & brook. Do u guys know if Uinta native cutt program has been successful? In & around Spirit Lake, they whacked all the phish & started over w native colo river? cutts.anyone know? Thx
