some of those do not serve me. But the reasons vary. Some are strictly social status tipping, some are a way to
show my perceived level of service given to me to that person, some are in industries where the service can vary greatly depending on the server, so a carrot dangle has been instituted. Some just because i have a lot money and the person serving me doesn't (or probably doesn't)

I tip, don’t worry about what their hourly wage is. Maybe I should ask for a copy of their pay stub.
