If they'd cared. . .
. . .they wouldn't have been running up and down the court, they'd have been trying to run out the clock. They were not, and were the main reason the game kept playing like that. Throw in a matador defense, instead of trying to play physical, even if it meant fouling out, and it's hard to see that the staff or players were really concerned about the final score.

I have no problem with the Yewts RUTS as long as it wasn't because the starters weren't in all game.

That is basically what they were playing. Worst D1 program and totally outmatches all the way around.
