For any who care, I weighed in at 278 this morning, down from 385 on June 15 when I started this transformation.
I feel better and better. I'm starting to think I will be able to continue this way the rest of my life. I've applied several principles from the book Atomic Habits in order to keep my mental health strong and dispose of the desire to "cheat" in my developing eating habits.
The only downside so far is that my daily wardrobe options are getting pretty sparse.
