What is your solution? Replace the DC? Replace the head coach? We already replaced one OC and as much as I hated to see Ty go like that, I do think it needed to be done.

Most of what I hear people say, on this board and some at the games, is change the defensive scheme. I don't think that is going to happen with the current regime. And, for the most part I am not ready to replace the current regime. If there is somebody that will come and can win more games, I'm all in. I simply don't know who that would be. I'd like to hear about them. BTW I had the same opinion when so many on here were calling for the end of the Bronco era, or for that matter the Dave Rose era. Hopefully Rose retiring works out better than Bronco leaving.
