I think ego plays too much into reviews. Some refs clearly can't admit they
were wrong, so a review won't change their mind.
I'd like to see a system where there's a national team who just sits somewhere every Saturday and reviews every call that needs review. They don't care about the egos of the refs of the field. Send 'em the footage, let them review it fast, and move on.
