I had the same thoughts on the first play - no idea how it wasn't a catch. No idea how, if they decided they weren't sure, they didn't go with "stands" versus "confirmed".

On the second play - I'm curious what exactly can be reviewed. The ref said that the ball wasn't tipped, so it was pass interference. But they didn't even address where on the field the catch took place and whether or not it was legal to start blocking. Seemed weird to me.
