It’s called recruiting. Missouri used to have more guys from Detroit
than from Missouri. Arkansas used to be filled with Memphis guys. St. Marys has a bunch if Australian dudes.
Sometimes coaches just have connections and history...or they create it by selling a few guys on a school.
