Mason pushes his head into the ground and then tries to take his helmet off,
pretty violently, just because he didn’t have the right grip / strength to get it off doesn’t mean it was less violent. I agree that Garrett then steps it up further in his ripping the helmet off.
For me, Mason should have been ejected too, like I said, Tomlinson thought he was and the announcers thought so too, so it’s not like it’s some hot take.
