This coaching staff is like watching a good friend
Get promoted in your company to a position he is not prepared for, qualified for, nor completely competent.
As a friend, you want him to succeed because he's a good man, wants to do well, but just doesn't know how in this higher position.
All the while, your are wishing him the best, but you see him making blunders and mistakes, making questionable decisions, hiring and keeping the incorrect staff etc.
