Look, I think some of the assistants may have really high football IQ's, they are just not in the position to have much of an effect in game time decisions. Our adjustments to the other teams also seem to be sorely lacking. Is that the responsibility of maybe one or two coaches that just don't get it very well? Probably. Some of our assistants have very good resumes from previous jobs, and some don't.
