Utah loses too many players to continue this seasons success. I expect they will still be a tough team, but probably 6-8 wins.

Houston (assuming King stays) will be a tough team. Where they win 4 games this season, I expect 8-10 from them next year. (and don't tell me King is leaving! it hurts too much)
