I made a deal with my son a few years ago that he could earn a trip to a destination / event of his (reasonable) choosing if he earned his Eagle. Well, kudos to him and I need to pay up. He said he’s always wanted to go see a game in the Rose Bowl and has chosen the Jan 1, 2020 game as his destination of choice. We have our tickets but are now facing a very real possibility that the U could be playing in the game. So, if that’s the case, do we sport our true colors and show up in our full Cougar gear but risk being seen as devoted U haters that travelled down to just cheer against them? Or do we adopt the colors of whoever is playing the U and cheer along with them incognito?
