Exactly...WHY does it take horrific losses and having their backs against the

wall for this coaching staff to pull their collective heads out of the sand?

It smacks of one of two possibilities, though I am sure there are many more: 1) There is a sense of entitlement among the coaching staff and/or 2) the coaches truly don't know what to do to right the ship. Either is not an idea that gives anyone a warm and fuzzy feeling that this coaching staff has turned anything around.
