USC and Washington are definitely big-time programs much higher in the
college football pecking order than BYU is. USC and Washington could say to BYU they will only do 2 for 1s or single game body bag games at their place, and BYU has been benefitted that USC and Washington did not take that attitude.
It is in BYU's favor that other teams have been and are willing to go down the pecking order.
So its pretty fair in the grand scheme of things if BYU returns the favor to other teams lower on the pecking order than they are.
