Memphis, Cincinnati, UCF, Boise, etc all seem to have had roughly equivalent (if not better) exposure than BYU this year at least as determined by games available on national tv.

We could argue about ESPNU vs ESPN2 vs CBS Sports but if you want to watch BYU football or Cincinnati football or Memphis football or Boise State it is available almost every week on channels available on most satellite or cable providers.
