there's a big drop off in viewership from a major network like ABC, CBS, NBC, or FOX to ESPN. Then there's a big drop-off from ESPN to ESPN2, and from ESPN2 there's a HUGE drop-off to the sub-channels like ESPNU, ESPNN, ESPN3, FS1 or any of the conference networks or satellite sports programming channels like CBSSN.

The MWC and some of the other G5 conferences run most of their conference games on CBSSN and it gets lousy viewership
