Since playing 12+ games, we have only finished ranked 1x with <10 wins.

That's the problem. It's not Indy or not Indy.

And that one season was 1991, finished 8-3-2. Opened the season 0-3 with losses to FSU (finished #4, 11-1), UCLA (finished 9-3, #19) and Penn St (finished #3, 11-2)

Tied #7 Iowa in the Holiday bowl and a mediocre 8-4-1 SDSU.
