That's how I feel about PKs.
They should be used FAR more sparingly and ONLY when an obvious goal attempt was taken away by the penalty.
An inadvertent hand ball on a ball being cleared out of the box does not rise to that level which is why I posted what I did.
And PKs should never be used for tie breakers.
