Very surprised if actual attentive nurse time is more than 8-10 hours. Also as said before the 1k per hour for specialists is definitely high. They are rarely called in for more than 45 minutes. Most is done by a nurse.

I agree than $50 is probably s but low. But 1800 for a hospital room for a day or 2 is extremely high. Especially if you’re just sitting in a bed. That price covers a lot of overhead.
