I think it depends on which Herbert we get.
He has looked bad the last few weeks, but there was a time earlier this season (against USC, for instance) where he looked like the #1 overall pick again. If he plays like he did against ASU and OSU, Utah will win by 10+. If he plays like he did against USC, watch out.
