People definitely still rent outside of ski season. There’s a ton to do there with all skiing essentially turning into mountain biking. Plus hiking and the Olympic park has a lot of summer activities as well.

Obviously you won’t get the same rate and occupancy as ski season but it’s not a lost cause by any means.
