You didn't address the offensive and defensive philosopy/sheme changes which

are significant.

And to say that Childs is significantly better this year as a reason for talent upgrade doesn't make any sense at this point. He's hardly played. And he was already great. Even if he didn't improve, he'd look better with a better offensice scheme and execution, which is all coaching.
