It's tough. CC is mainly to support BYU Sports financially, but they should
They should throw in a few more perks for those who can't or choose not to buy tickets. I live in South Carolina. So home game tickets are out for me. Increasingly, a larger % of BYU alumni will live outside of Utah as the church goes that way too. I get that CC members buying tickets brings in even more money for athletics. But this is an excellent opportunity for BYU to market itself. Some thoughts off the top of my head . . .

Increasing discount at the bookstore with Cougar club level
Free shipping at BYU bookstore
Discounts at strategic stores like ZHats
Increasing free gift (T-shirt, license plate, hoodie, blanket, etc)
Free ticket(s) to official tailgates/fan fests, (thinking away games)
Discounted good away game seats (not high corner end zone)
Occasional access BYU greats and leaders, outside of Utah
Autographed pictures/posters
Commemorative themed coffee table-type books (maybe one per year)
Video feed of CC luncheon/events
Special perks when visiting BYU - breakfast at the alumni house, great parking, access to a concierge, etc

What would be valuable?

The benefits cannot cost BYU more than the donation. But need to have good value for cougar club members. It is not about the monetary value of the benefits, but the personal value and the connection they create with the university.
Also, things that market the school should be priority.
