I guess I don't follow. The only actual fee is $20k. Most young professionals
can swing that.
They pay above market rent . .. is that what you mean?
Anyway, the business is targeted at people who have incomes to support mortgage payments but not enough savings for down payments to qualify for mortgages. In high COL states like California, that is a lot of people. Doesn't have to be for a $2 million house. it works for $650k houses too.

It is a very small market. Not much room for growth. It is only valuable to people with new high income but

I am saying most young professionals don't have enough money to pay the large cost of the fees you listed.

It is possible on the low end homes like you mentioned. And if you can afford home in the range it won't take long
