Overheard one of the coaches today... there are big problems in Provo!
We came into town for the holidays and decided to head to campus today. We went to a store and to my surprise saw one of the coaches there. While at checkout, the teller asked the coach what happened in Hawaii.
The coach then said he thought they “didn’t have enough time to prepare for the game.”
Left me speechless!!! (30 Nov was the last game of the regular season... we played Hawaii on 24 Dec...)
Added: should have said cashier instead of teller. This wasn’t the bank. My bad!
