I know for a fact the team practiced every available day before they left.
There are NCAA rules/limits on practices and team activities.. but BYU used every possible practice day before they left.
If this story is even true, he's probably referring to the practices the team had in Hawaii.
They arrived late Friday night in Hawaii.
Practiced in the rain/wind Saturday.
No practice on Sunday (it is BYU)
Walk-Through/Game Prep Monday.
Game Tuesday. (Sunny/Hot weather)
