played 3+ Q1 teams already included Kansas and Butler who have both played 6. Non-conference SOS also plays a factor in seeding and 10 of their 12 non-conference games this year are either Q3 or Q4. Pomeroy (which only factors in MOV and not actually record) has them 26 and BPI has them at 27 which would both signify 7 seeds (not far from where I have them as an 8). Sagarin has them as a 36 which would signify a 9 seed. The most used metric (NET) has them as a 50 which would put them in the NIT. The ONLY reason to have them any higher than a 7 right now would be based upon their name and preseason expectations, and that's not how the committee does things.
