Many people go so hard with Diet and Exercise and when they fail it destroys em
I have multiple friends that struggle with weight problems. The most common thing I see with them is they will commit to a diet and exercise routine that would be on par with a pro athlete. Then as soon as they can't live up to their insane plans they just completely give up. It is like it hasn't occurred to them that they could do just half of what they set out to do and they will eventually be skinny.

I try and talk with them about it(because they bring it up) and as soon as I give any advice they are like you don't know what you are talking about. They seem to only rely on other people who are out of shape for advice. It just seems like a vicious cycle to me.

I know I can't really understand what they are going through because I have never struggled with it. But it just seems like they are going for temporary fixes. They just want to go on a crazy diet and be skinny in a month or workout 2 hours a day. They need a permanent lifestyle change and it doesn't have to be extreme.
